Hopeful Statistics

The good news is that people are getting back to work and fewer layoffs are happening. The end result will be fewer and fewer candidates freely available for work. Hopeully this will result in more job openings, and a rise in salaries and bill rates in the future. We at StoneCreek are already hearing complaints from hiring managers that they just can’t seem to find the same level of talent that they have in the recent past. Good news for everyone! I hope the trend continues.
